Camp Learn-A-Lot

Camp Learn-A-Lot is a week-long camp that offers kids entering first through sixth grade opportunities to learn about mathematics. Camp Learn-A-Lot is taught by pre-service teachers studying at Lindenwood University and is the culminating experience requirement for Elementary Math Methods teacher candidates. Children work in small groups, which receive instruction planned for their age level and experience level with mathematics. The goal of the camp is to build upon, increase, and challenge students’ mathematical understanding through fun activities and games. Mid-morning snack is provided.
