Session III

"Positionless" Summer Skills Trainings/Workouts are highly structured and facilitated in small groups for elite competitors (current 1st through 7th grade boys and girls). Participants will be working with and learning from successful area high school coaches. The training also includes strength and conditioning work with certified trainers focusing on plyometrics, footwork, and agility. The "positionless" aspect of this training focuses on players executing multiple things on the court and building confidence. Confidence is a key component of competitiveness. The aim is to build all-around knowledgeable players who effect the game in many different ways. Positionless Summer Skills Trainings are four weekday 2-hour long sessions which will be broken down by grade/age group. Positionless Summer Skills Training is $120/week session.
