Ninja Obstacle & Tumbling Camp by Hi-NRG

Hi-NRG's Ninja Obstacle & Tumbling Camp will build coordination, strength, agility and most of all - confidence! Experience the excitement and thrills of the TV show's favorite challenges. Test your agility, balance and strength on the Quad Steps, Spinning Log, Cannon Ball Alley, Cliff Hanger, Unstable Monkey Bars and the Cargo Net. All obstacles are designed with the young athlete in mind. Tumbling includes instruction on handstands, cartwheels, walkovers and even front flips. Athletes will enjoy the air floor and professional mini trampoline as well as the many differently shaped mats used for skill development. All of Hi-NRG's outstanding coaches are safety-trained and teach proper tumbling techniques as well as giving tips to master each obstacle. All St. Louis County Health Department guidelines will be followed. Make it a full-day camp by adding another Lodge half-day camp and Lunch Bunch registration. Due to additional camp forms required for your child’s safety, registration will only be taken online. Registration deadline is the Tuesday before camp begins. Minimum 12/Maximum 20
