Chess Camp by The Chess Club & Scholastic Center of St. Louis

Chess summer camps are the perfect way to introduce your child to the game of chess. Instructors from the Chess Club and Scholastic Center of Saint Louis provide chess classes that teach fundamental chess elements in addition to promoting educational values that can be learned through chess. Classes will focus on chess fundamentals while also incorporating lessons on critical thinking, planning and logic. Students are encouraged to demonstrate sportsmanship and to strive for success in the classroom as well as over the chessboard. Grandmaster instructors provide daily lessons, puzzles and play to help guide students through each session. All St. Louis County Health Department guidelines will be followed. Make it a full-day camp by adding another Lodge half-day camp and Lunch Bunch. Due to additional camp forms required for your child’s safety, registration will only be taken online.
