Say Cheese Ages 8–10

Cheese lovers learn classic as well as unique recipes that feature their favorite food?from fondue to soufflés, from cheese biscuits to cheese desserts. We even learn to make our own cheese. Then, as part of a small team, budding chefs are challenged to utilize and highlight cheese in the most creative way in a cooking competition to be judged by family and friends on the final day of camp. You must list any food restrictions or food allergies under "special needs" on the registration form or call COCA at least two weeks prior to camp. All culinary supplies and groceries included in price.
