Magical Music Makers Ages 4–5

Campers enter the magical world of music?listening, singing songs, and moving to the beat. Each day, we listen to a short classical piece by composers like Strauss, Tchaikovsky, or Saint Saens. We play rhythm instruments like the West African djembe or shekere and the Mexican guiro. In the art room, we craft our own unique drums, rain sticks, and other instruments using everyday items. Through song, sound, and movement, we discover that music really is all around us. Let the music begin! Children must be fully toilet trained to attend camps at COCA. Features multiple professional teaching artists to present a variety of arts disciplines.
