Aspiring dancers learn hip-hop steps and connect them with freestyle steps of their own creation to put together high-energy group choreography. Students gain an understanding of dance concepts, such as rhythm, musicality, spacing, and levels. They also create a hip-hop "crew" name and design a T-shirt. Camp ends with a sharing of what was learned.
