Feed the Mind Ages 8–10

Take one pinch of curiosity, a teaspoon of chemistry, and a cup of cooking to create the delicious dishes in this camp. What are three things that can make breads rise? How do egg whites become meringue on top of a cream pie or does cream become butter? We feed our minds (and stomachs) in this culinary camp that explores the science of cooking and what goes on when we bake, beat, stir, and fold. You must list any food restrictions or food allergies under "special needs" on the registration form or call COCA at least two weeks prior to camp to provide information about allergies. All culinary supplies and groceries included in price.
