Get ready to move! Our campers will partake in a number of different exercises & workouts (Relay Races, Zumba, Cardio, Dancing, Yoga etc.) They will also design their own workout. Each camper will make a book of all of the exercises and workouts they did throughout the week so they can take them home & share with their family.
