Teens, earn volunteer hours for participating in the Breaking the Stigma workshop with A.R.C. Angels Foundation. Breaking the Stigma teaches teens to become advocates not only for their own mental health, but also for the mental health of others. In this workshop teens will learn the warning signs of suicide, ways to support someone in crisis, healthy coping skills, and what resources are available, along with other life-saving skills. This live learning experience provides an opportunity for peer-to-peer discussion regarding topics and situations that are affecting young people's mental health.
