Swingers Friday 6:00PM

Swingers is a fun, beginner/intermediate class for girls aged 6-12 years old. Your gymnast must have a completed report card from Rollers to enroll in this class. As part of our recreational curriculum, designed to teach your gymnast the basics and foundations for upper-level gymnastics, they will learn a: Glide Swing and Forward Dismount on Bars Pivot Turn and Step Leap on High Beam Leap and Handstand on Floor Kick to Handstand Flat Back on Vault All while building strength, balance, coordination, and patience along with our Y Core Values. And never losing sight of fun!
