Gliders Sat

Gliders is a fun, intermediate class for girls aged 6-12 years old. Your gymnast must have a completed report card from Swinger to enroll in this class. As part of our recreational curriculum, designed to teach your gymnast the basics and foundations for upper-level gymnastics, they will learn a: Pullover on Bars Split Jump and Half Turn on High Beam Leap Tuck Jump and Cartwheel on Floor Jump to Handstand Flat Back on Vault All while building strength, balance, coordination, and patience along with our Y Core Values. And never losing sight of fun!
