2025 Summer Rookies Evening Lacrosse Program

Lou Fusz Lacrosse is proud to introduce a revamped development model for the fastest sport on two feet! Each session will be separated into a one-hour practice, followed by a 30-minute game. Practices will consist of up-tempo fundamental drill work (Passing, Catching, Shooting, and more) with an emphasis on instilling a love for the game of lacrosse. Games will consist of 30-minute running clock games, which each team will be coached by the coaches that just ran practice! Lou Fusz Lacrosse strives on providing top level coaches in a small group environment, aiming to maintain a player to coach ratio of 10:1. No session on July 2.
