This group helps teens build emotional resilience through weekly art projects that teach key DBT skills: mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and healthy communication. Participants will learn to manage stress and express themselves in a supportive, creative environment. $45 per session. Insurance accepted and scholarships are available.
