Cross Country Camp

The camp will focus on developing an athlete's skills in stamina, coordination, speed, strength, flexibility, mindset, nutrition, hydration, and personal management to help athletes reach their fullest potential. The camp is designed specifically for the fall cross country season and the summer training leading up to the fall season but also is open to anyone interested in conditioning for any other sport. Camp will be at SFBHS track with 2 days at the city park.
