Pointe Prep Technique

For the beginner pointe dancer, this class helps dancers build and maintain strength and alignment in their feet and ankles in order to prepare for future pointe work. Proper ballet warm up is also an important part of maintaining and building pointe skills, so we require also attending our weekly ballet class beforehand.
