Cosplay is the creation of costumes and accessories to reflect a manga or anime character in fully realized form-including fantasy makeup. We focus on makeup and hair design techniques in Cosplay Makeup, using each other and our own faces as a canvas for fantastical creations. Cosplay Makeup concludes with families receiving a digital link to their camper's creations sent the week following camp.
Campers, ages 3–18, have the opportunity to learn and experience new things, build their skills, and—most importantly—have fun. At COCA, we pride ourselves on offering some of the most creative Summer Arts Camps for kids and teens.
Summer Arts Camps are offered at our campus in University City and at University of Health Sciences and Pharmacy (UHSP) in the Central West End.
Camps start the day after Memorial Day and run through August 15, providing families with 12 weeks of summer arts opportunities. Before and after care is offered for ages 5+. Sliding Scale Tuition is available for qualifying students.
