This 5 day camp will take students through the various techniques used by candy engineers to create candy! Making candy is a very exact science, but students will be brought through the entire process from start to finish. We will be creating hard candies, caramels, and more! Students will also become familiarized with kitchen safety, measuring techniques, and various kitchen equipment.
