This program allows young adults ages 14 & 15 (no age exceptions) the opportunity to develop skills as they assist camp staff in daily operations of camp. Junior Counselors must enjoy working with children, have a good attitude, want to learn and practice leadership skills under staff supervision, and be a good role model for campers.
