Spa Camp

We will discuss nutrition and we will make a different fruit/vegetable fusion water each day, as well as a healthy snack like fruit kabobs, trail mix, and yogurt parfaits. We will make several spa-inspired bath products - lip balm, bath bombs, shower steamers, and shower jelly - and learn about the science behind the changes that happen with the production of each of these.
