Campers uncover the range of comic book genres as we design original cartoon characters and place them in our own comic strips. Learn how to strengthen your drawing skills as we work on facial expressions and poses. Develop crazy critters and magnificent monsters, supervillains, and heroes. Then, we pull them together in stories to create our own comic strips and books.

Campers ages 3–18 enjoy a unique and fun-filled summer experience in a FUN, RELAXED environment where they can express their creativity and gain self-confidence. With hundreds of camps and a variety of options, COCA offers summer arts camp experiences that meet your family’s needs. Camps run May 31–August 19. Choose from indoor, outdoor, and virtual camps, as well as morning, afternoon, and full day options. Before and after care is offered for ages 5+. Need-based financial assistance for Summer Arts Camps is available. Summer Arts Camps follow COCA’s Health & Safety Procedures.
