Short Film Showdown, Ages 8-10

Short Film Showdown is a competitive challenge camp. Campers are broken into small groups and given a set of video criteria (for example a location that has to appear somewhere in the video). Each group collaborates with one another all week to create a 2?3 minute video that best reflects their collective imagination and meets the set of criteria. At 2:00PM on the final day of camp, campers screen the videos to assess how they met the challenge. Each camper leaves with a copy of all the videos created in the camp. Campers should have previous understanding of iPad movie making and editing through iMovie. Art and technology supplies and equipment use included in price.
