Campers learn the fundamentals of drawing the popular anime style used in Howl's Moving Castle and Spirited Away. They explore how to draw facial expressions, hands, fabric folds, and forms while developing their own characters and stories. They learn to develop stories in narrative panels and ink their images. They conclude the camp with images to frame or put together in a story to form a comic book to take home once camp has ended.
