Nursing Academy

This summer, spend one week immersed in the fast-paced, challenging, and rapidly evolving world of nursing. Our Nursing Academy offers an introduction to the nursing field, where you’ll have the opportunity to explore the fundamentals of the profession along with a variety of career paths and specializations, such as adult-gerontology, acute care, family practice, anesthesia, and women's health. You’ll also examine topics ranging from ethics and cultural competencies to biological, physical, and social sciences. Throughout the program, you’ll engage in faculty-led instruction and hands-on clinical experiences using a lifelike patient simulator at Georgetown’s O’Neill Family Foundation Clinical Simulation Center. Price includes tuition, housing, and meals. Commuter Student tuition is $2,625.
