This week campers will focus on delicious food from Central America: Costa Rica, Panama, Guatemala. What better way to spend a week this summer in a fun, exciting class learning how to cook delicious meals? In our state-of-the-art kitchen, young chefs will enjoy lots of culinary action and tasty delights. This camp will help you learn about measuring ingredients, how to follow a recipe, gardening and harvesting, and how to make healthy choices in food preparation. Every recipe is a creation and every creation an adventure! Chef Margaret Grant will guide you through this culinary experience. Any allergies or dietary restrictions will be taken into account for every recipe used, ensuring that the experience is healthy and fun for all! C
