Youth Volunteer Corps St. Louis engages youth in team-based service experiences that build life and work skills while inspiring a lifetime ethic of service. Through partnerships with local non-profits in need of volunteer help we have created several diverse multi-day volunteer project camps where youth can get hands-on experience building beds for local kids in-need, prepping various community gardens, being a mentor for young kids during their camp, and caring for animals at the Humane Society. All campers must register for their project(s) at www.yvcstlouis.org/volunteer. 2023 Summer Project Pricing: The actual cost per youth volunteer each week of YVC summer is $137. Because we believe every youth should have the opportunity to volunteer, YVC has subsidized the cost per week to be $69/week. This summer, you have the option to pay what you can and choose whatever fee works for best for your family. No refunds except for extenuating circumstances such as project cancellation by YVC or safety concerns. Personal circumstances such as scheduling conflicts or personal illness will not be refunded.
