Connect To Your Energy

Crystals, Chakras, smudging, and singing bowls. Come and explore all these things and more with us! We will explore the chakras and create a fun yoga experience around them. We will explore crystals and singing bowls and have lots of hands-on experience with both! We will also do art and create space for mindfulness and so much fun! What will camp look like? We will come together every morning and play a movement game or energy practice to get connected for the day. From there, we’ll dive into exploring different practices and methods of connectivity ranging from Ayurveda (body positivity), Chakras and balancing, and building tools that support our energy work (as well as discovering what your personal energy looks and feels like). We’re excited to develop with your camper their personal path to connect with themselves, others, and the world around them through energy work! We will end each day by picking up, eating lunch, and sharing what we felt connected to from our time together.  Supporting each other along the way and creating our own community.
