In Greek mythology, the hero, Herakles, is credited with organizing the first running races at Olympia to celebrate the completion of one of his twelve labors. In the afternoons, campers will compete in some of these ancient Olympic events, as well as devising their own and testing their strength in physical and mental hero challenges.
