06-19-2023: Y Jr Lifeguard: Age 10-15

From safety protocols to performing rescue skills, this class is designed to provide the participant with the knowledge and skills needed to be a lifeguard and professional rescuer. Participants will explore the fundamentals of basic life support, basic first aid, and emergency oxygen administration, as well as learn rescue skills in the water. THIS CAMP DOES NOT CERTIFY PARTICIPANTS. CAMPERS MUST BE ABLE TO SWIM THE LENGTH OF THE POOL UNASSISTED MINIMALLY TO PARTICIPATE! Camp runs 9 am-4 pm. Fun Club is available for before/after care.
