Anyone who has ever enjoyed street food or food at a fair knows that food presented on a stick doubles the fun! We learn to create and enjoy the full-range of creative skewered cooking?from cake pops to panzanella, deep fried ravioli to fruit salad and dip. You must contact COCA?s Registration Office by email at least two weeks prior to camp to provide information about food restrictions or allergies. All culinary supplies and groceries included in price.
