Cheese lovers learn classic as well as unique recipes that feature their favorite food?from fondue to soufflÈs, from cheese biscuits to cheese desserts. Then, as part of a small team, budding chefs are challenged to utilize and highlight cheese in the most creative way in an inner-camp cooking competition. Along the way, we learn about kitchen safety and practice basic kitchen skills. You must contact COCA?s Registration Office by email at least two weeks prior to camp to provide information about food restrictions or allergies. All culinary supplies and groceries included in price.Please note this camp takes place at Dierbergs Market - Des Peres: 1080 Lindemann Rd, Des Peres, MO 63131. Before and After Care cannot be provided.
