Say Cheese Ages 8-10

Cheese lovers learn classic as well as unique recipes that feature their favorite food?from fondue to soufflÈs, from cheese biscuits to cheese desserts. Then, as part of a small team, budding chefs are challenged to utilize and highlight cheese in the most creative way in an inner-camp cooking competition. Along the way, we learn about kitchen safety and practice basic kitchen skills.
