Students explore making the foods that might appear at a farmer's market such as breads and baked goods, jellies, and pies. Along the way, students learn about kitchen safety and practice basic kitchen skills. You must contact COCA?s Registration Office by email at least two weeks prior to camp to provide information about food restrictions or allergies. All culinary supplies and groceries included in price.
