ME (My Energy) Girls Summer Yoga Camp

Eager for a new camp experience? Want to learn skills to help with focus and calmness? Want to try yoga? No flexibility or experience required The My Energy (ME) program is designed for GIRLS! We provide fun and interactive yoga and mindfulness activities, crafts, hip hop music and games. ME highlights body positivity skills particular to self-awareness, positive social-emotional behaviors, increased concentration, and healthy movement. The goal of ME is to introduce students to the connections of reflective living; treating yourself with love and respect as you should the treat the world. TOPICS INCLUDED: BULLYING, GOSSIPING ,BODY POSITIVITY, ANXIETY, DEPRESSION, HEALTHY EATING HABITS, MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS, SELF-CARE/BREATHING TECHNIQUES AGE: 10-13 (Middle School Aged) Included: Crafts, water, lite healthy snacks or bring your own; we have cold storage and heating capability.
