GSA meets in the afternoons and is designed for teen artists who are already strongly grounded in their art making practices. In each session, teen artists develop a small body of work based on their chosen theme, with the guidance of a mentor. Each session provides studio space, tools, and materials necessary for artists to realize their visions. Available mediums include: painting, drawing, ceramics, and 2D and 3D mixed media. Qualifying teen artists are encouraged to enroll in both FOA and GSA. The programs culminate in the Teen Art Show at the end of the summer.
